In addition to favorites from the regular menu (bacon cheddar buttermilk biscuits, blistering green beans, Vietnamese caramel pork jowl), M.B. Post is offering special a la carte items such as Roasted Porcini Mushrooms with potato gnocchi and in-house ricotta; Lobster Orecchiette Gratin with sea urchin and chive; and Lamb Chops with herbed polenta and tomato pine-nut gremolata. For added decadence, guests have the option of adding white (3g/$55; 6g/$100) or black truffles (6g/$35) to any dish.
