I don’t know a single person that would turn chocolate down. Let’s face it, it’s comforting, some say even dark chocolate in small portions is actually good for you due to antioxidants. As long as you don’t over indulge in any of the varieties of this classic, you’re in the clear.

I found this recipe in my Everyday Italian cookbook. I’m still not ready to tackle the world of pies, tarts, and cakes just yet but this isn’t your average chocolate dip. The tartness of the wine and the sweetness of the chocolate are the perfect balance and they go well with your favorite fruits or cakes.

Seeing how I’m a beginner, if I can make this, practically anyone can!
