I’ve said it once and I don’t mind saying it again, man am I glad food trucks have come to my stomping grounds. My gas tank & patience thanks them all. I was initially going to make South Bay Din Din A Go Go a monthly thing but when I found out the Lobsta Truck would be making an appearance, I knew I had to go.
The line was one of the longest at the time but no fear, it moved pretty quickly. The lobsta roll came with a choice of mayo or butter. I opted for the butter because let’s face it, they just go really well together.
A few moments later, out came this delicious and buttery lobster goodness. Sure it was a little pricey at $12 for the sandwich but it was seafood. Worth the price though. Next time it’s in the area, I’d like to try their clam chowder.
I wasn’t the only one that got a food truck treat that evening. The Phydough truck, a dog bakery on wheels also made an appearance. I got three PB & bacon cookies for my dog.
As you can see, my dog gobbled those cookies right up. It was a very yummy foodie night for us all!
