The Meal Plan: Summary

Well, I can’t believe it but my 30 day meal plan has come to an end. Overall, I did feel like I had more energy & I liked eating healthier. However, the diet said I’d lose 10 lbs. It never happened. I weigh the same as when I started. I started doing interval training too & nothing. Yes it’s good I didn’t gain any weight either & I like having more energy but the diet didn’t deliver on what it promised.

People have asked how my clothes fit. Well, the good news is that they’re about the same. The bad? I’ve gained a lot of weight and or muscle in my thighs. This could probably be attributed to the figure skating that I do 5 times a week. It’s good staying fit but man my jeans don’t fit right but I digress.

So from now on I’ll continue to eat healthy. There have been no chips in this house since January & I’d like to keep it that way. I’m doing everything in moderation & continuing to exercise. However, I won’t do another one of these 30 day shred things… all it brought me was a lot of frustration & headaches!
