The Meal Plan Week 3

So, frustration can’t even describe what I’m feeling at this point. Lose 10 lbs in 1 month it says. Well, I’ve been following the diet exactly. Been keeping track of my calories & workouts. What do I have to show for it? The same number on the scale that I started with.

Yes I do feel healthier & have more energy but the diet promised I’d drop 10 lbs, which I havent. I’ve been adding interval training to my workouts & nothing. Last week, I also added the high intensity training to my skating routine & again, nothing to show for it.

I’m honestly beginning to think the whole diet was a gimmick. It didn’t deliver on what it promised.

And this is why I don’t like dieting in general.
