Recipe: Caramel Pudding

Still looking for a last minute dessert for your party? Enter homemade caramel pudding. It’s pretty sweet so a little goes a long way! It can definitely feed a crowd.

Ingredients

1 8oz can condensed milk

1 cup whipping cream

vanilla wafers

Directions

Put the can of condensed milk in a medium sauce pan.

Fill with enough water to cover the can.

Bring to a boil & cover & boil milk in the can for 3 hours.

Once the milk is done, preheat oven to 425.

Open can of milk & put into a pie plate.

Cover with foil, place in a shallow pan of water and bake until thick, about an hour. Remove foil & cool.

Once cool, mix the caramelized milk with whipped cream.

Layer dish with vanilla wafers. Chill before serving.
