My mom gave me this recipe a few years ago. Of course the last time I made this, I wasn’t food blogging yet so I don’t have a picture but I can assure you it’s good!
Ingredients
2 lbs spare ribs
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
Method
1) Combine all ingredients and let marinate over night or at least 4 hours, turning pieces frequently to soak them evenly.
2) Preheat oven to 350
3) Pour hot water in a roaster pan to a depth of 1 inch. Place ribs on a roaster rack and bake at 350 for one hour turning ribs once after 30 minutes.
Prep time 5 minutes + marinating time
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Serves: 4
