I know there’s some of you out there who are wondering why I’m posting such a simple recipe. However I also know that there’s some people out there who are just learning how to cook. So that’s why I’m sharing the very first recipe I learned. I was taught this recipe by my family at the tender age of 12. Quick and simple and cheap, it’s a go to recipe when you’re wondering what to do with that ground beef. So here it is, hamburgers!
Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Form into four patties. Cook burgers in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Alternatively, if you have a George Foreman type grill, cook patties for 8 minutes. Serve.

onion soup mix? Cool. I like that instant, addictive seasoning!
yes, I know it’s random but it’s pretty tasty!
